Society Social Calendar Magazine is able to showcase the philanthropic efforts of our community because of its advertisers. They understand the importance of branding their business as one that practices corporate social responsibility. As such, they receive the benefit of being highlighted when sponsoring events covered by Society.
It is the policy of Society Social Calendar Magazine that ONLY businesses and persons who support the efforts of Society by advertising are listed as sponsors of those events.
There are countless numbers of events that request coverage in Society. However, it is not possible for all of these events to receive that coverage.
Decisions for publication are based on the following criteria:
- If the event is advertised in Society Social Calendar Magazine.
- If major sponsors of the event are advertisers.
- Publisher's discretion (primarily based on reach and service of philanthropy).
Society Social Calendar Magazine reserves the right to determine which events are covered, which photos are published and when publication occurs.
The photos included in coverage of Society Social Calendar Magazine are almost always exclusive to the access given to Society and its photographers. Although Society accepts submissions, typically the photos are unique to Society and will be seen in no other publications or online sites.
